Dear Parents, Guardians and my Busy Bees,
My name is Ms. Simone, and I am soon to be your Grade 2 teacher. I look forward to educating and guiding each and every one of you. I am very excited for you all to join me on our journey, beginning the new school year and exploring our faith. Teaching is my passion and I find it very rewarding seeing all your young absorbent minds grow into successful adults. I have a lot of
experience with working with children. I attained a Diploma in Early Child Education at Seneca College before attending York University which gave me many experiences and a glimpse as well as great insight into the teaching world. Before I get carried away let me tell you more about myself. I am one of four children, I have one older brother and two younger sisters. My parents definitely had their hands full. I almost forgot to mention I have an adorable white fluffy puppy named Bella who is always full of energy. I love playing sports especially soccer and ringette. For those of you that have never heard of ringette it is a lot like hockey and maybe soon I will be able to teach you all about it. I also love to swim and explore the outdoors. Soon it will be September and I cannot wait to learn all your names and learn all about what you all enjoy doing. I will be teaching you all the different subjects from math to science, art, religion and even language. There will be a lot of learning but also a lot of fun! This is my first time teaching at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Elementary School and I look forward to this new experience. I will be spending a lot of time assisting with activities, routines and helping the children learn and grow in their faith. While being sensitive to all learning styles, giving them many hands on experiences and being a substantial and blossoming Educator. I look forward to putting smiles on the children’s faces and having the children light up my day. See You all Soon!!!
Lets make this school year a Sunny and great one!!! :)
Sincerely the most fun and loving teacher,
Ms. Simone
